Edit: Finally got the shoulders done, the cape attached, and the gems made. The spikes of DOOM are still a work in progress (the form is already made. I just need to cover it in fabric and somehow get it to hook onto my back).

I'm probably going to make a pattern out of posterboard or somehing and then cut it out of vinyl and put it together (but maybe use something more sturdy than craft foam on the inside.
