Malindachan has a templet that can be used to make a regular kuriboh that's not that hard to use. I used it and drafted the wings myself for a first time sewing project and it turned out really well.

i whan't to make one but i don't have the matirial and i don't think my mom would let me use the sewing machine and to do it with the hand is realy hard work

Just try asking your mother if you can use the sewing machine and buy the materials that you need. It wouldn't hurt to try, and who knows she might just say yes.

I was nervous about asking my mum when I first wanted to start making plushies and cosplays, but she ended up being pretty cool with it. So you never know.
As for the materials, felt is pretty much in any craft store or craft section of a store and runs fairly cheap. Poly-foam is the same location deal and is pretty cheap too. Fur fabric is a different situation. While you can probably find it in a fabric store, it's a little more pricey if you want a better quality. I think you can also find fur fabric in craft stores, but the quality isn't nearly as good.
