Kuriboh pattern and tutorial by Malindachan Kuriboh pattern and tutorial by Malindachan
Intended to fit on an 8.5x11'' sheet of paper.

Video tutorial:
Part 1 - [link]
Part 2 - [link]
Part 3 - [link]

I stitched pretty close to the edge when I made my plushies. If you need a thicker seam allowance, you might want to cut the pieces out a bit larger (the only problem with this though is that there's a chance that you won't be able to get all of the 6 body pieces cut out on that fur if you end up using the same stuff I used for mine).

For the claws, I tend to trim them after I sew them so they're shaped better.

This is intended for personal use. Please do not make and sell these commercially.

Edit: :iconsakiree: sent me a link to the fur sheets! [link]

I've made two in the short time that I've printed off this pattern and watch you work your magic. THEY ARE SO ADORABLE!!!! I found it a little hard to attach his wittle feet and hands, but its so worth it in the end :3 Thanks for making this and letting us use this so we can each have our own fur ball of love :3

Thank you very much for your wonderful pattern tutorial! :icononionloveplz: I saw a pic of your Kuriboh plushies, and I fell in love with them. :icononionloveplz: I wanted to make some of my own and was absolutely ecstatic when I found your tutorial video.

Here's a picture of my first Kuriboh plushie: [link] I don't even think the material I used was fur. It's more of string, but I think it's still pretty good. :lmao: I was lucky enough to find a shop that sold that kind of fabric by yards. I have one yard of that stuff sitting in my closet right now.

I made it for my parent's wedding anniversary. Even though they've never heard of a Kuriboh until today, I think they agree that it's way better than a greeting card. :lmao:

I found one of your videos on YT and I literally went "OH MAH GAWD I MUST MAKE ONE!!!" My friend's birthday is coming up soon, so I'm making his first. And if he's reading this, he now knows what plushie I'm making him for his birthday.

Ah thanks so much for uploading this!! I'm super excited to make one! Now all I need is money lol

I'm not sure if you know this, but I was hunting around on the internet and such and found that Jo-Ann sells craft fur; the Darcie's brand. Surprisingly, it's available in stores too! Sorry if this is soooo late or sounds repetitive... ehheh...

I've only found that craft fur at the bigger, superstore sized JoAnn's. Our local store doesn't carry any >___<

Hi Malindachan! I have a question, How much seam allowance did you use when you sewed on the fur? I'm thinking of making one for a friend. :)

it was as small as I could get it without being too close to the edge. maybe around half a cm?

Is it a bad thing when you get the extra fur off and fur goes EVERYWHERE well... mostly all over my jeans and nobody shirt?

>3< I made two Kuribohs with this! It helped a lot! (well...I kind of failed at sewing the legs on...but...)

Do you by any chance have any tips for making the wigs? I asked my mom to help me out, but I wasn't sure what I should do. xD I want to make a winged Kuriboh.

For the newer ones I make, I use the really thin, stiffer felt. I overlapped different layers to be each layer of "feathers" You could also just make some plush pillow ones or look up mini-wing tutorials that use feathers.
