Naka-kon 2013: Zidaneby *Malindachan

This is still a work in progress! XD

I had intended to do the Dissidia version (which also happens to be based on one of Amano's original designs). I was stressing myself out from trying to get it all done on time for the con, so I opted to keep some areas more simple like the normal FF9 design for the time being, and I'll go back and get the rest of the details done before I wear it again at ACen. So the belts, gloves, sheath, and a few other accessories will be finished later.

I'll go over the full costume construction too when it all gets done. XD

Gaaah! This is gorgeous. I can't wait to see the completely final version, but this is just very well executed. Also, those gloves and pants look so soft..
