Close-ups of the front and back of the poncho.

Ok, so I know the colors of the poncho arn't the most accurate, but I REALLY wanted to make it out of suede, and this shade of brown was gorgeous (and they didn't have anything even close to the muddy brown that I was originally looking for)

The holster is still a work in progress, but I did make some quick modifications to a toy revolver. Hopefully I can get that stuff put together before Ikkicon. ^.^
